Home Sweet Home Quilt Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor: The Home Sweet Home Quilt Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Sighthounds Southwest, Inc., d/b/a The Greyhound Network. The Sweepstakes benefits The Greyhound Network, Gold Coast Greyhounds, GreySave, and GPA Greater Northwest, with each participating organization receiving 20% of the sweepstakes proceeds.

2. Prize: One (1) winner will receive the handcrafted "Home Sweet Home" Quilt, featuring twelve whimsical greyhound scenes celebrating every month of the year.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitute will be offered.

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Board members, officers, and individuals directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes may enter unless prohibited by applicable law, but may not participate in the drawing process.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at Noon edt on 15 August, 2026, and ends at Midnight (EDT) on 15 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter: No donation or purchase is necessary to enter or win. A donation does not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of additional entries received.

Each eligible participant may receive one (1) free entry by completing the official free entry form available at:

Supporters wishing to make a voluntary donation may receive additional entries as follows:

• $10 donation = 1 additional entry

• $25 donation = 3 additional entries

• $100 donation = 15 additional entries

All donations support greyhound adoption efforts.

6. Beneficiaries: Gold Coast Greyhounds, GreySave, The Greyhound Network, and GPA Greater Northwest will each receive twenty percent (20%) of the net proceeds (proceeds after paying transaction fees not covered by donor and shipping fees) from the Sweepstakes.

Participants may also write in the name of another eligible greyhound adoption organization when making a donation.

The eligible write-in adoption organization generating the highest dollar amount in donation-based entries during the Sweepstakes Period will receive the remaining twenty percent (20%) of the net proceeds. The write-in adoption group must be a 501(c)(3) to receive the proceeds.

7. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be held on or about ____________, 2026.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.

9. Prize Delivery: The Sponsor will arrange shipment of the quilt to the winner within the United States.

The Sponsor is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after shipment.

10. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy: Information collected will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and communicating with participants unless entrants separately consent to receive future communications.

13. Winner List: To request the winner's name after the drawing, email: quiltsweepstakes@tgn,dob, within 60 days of the drawing date.

• Define "net proceeds" (for example, after payment processing fees, if any).

• State that the write-in organization must be a registered greyhound adoption organization or 501(c)(3) to receive the proceeds.

• Explain how duplicate or unclear write-in names will be handled (e.g., "GreySave" vs. "Grey Save").

• Include the free entry form link and explain whether the free entry receives the same chance of winning as a donation-based entry (it generally should).
